A surf lesson begins always with a smile, then the participants receive their equipments. After a warm-up and the surf conditionning, the instructor gives a theory session on the basics of surfing and safety rules. Students then practice the basic pop-up move and the body position on the sand before heading out into the water. In the water, we convert the theory into practice, receiving advices and instructions from the instructor. The course concludes with a small debriefing on the beach, to communicate the strengths and areas for improvement, followed by some advices for future practice. The priority is safety, and enjoyable learning. Our lessons are adapted to suit everyone’s fitness level, need and age.
The instructor can supervise a maximum of 5 adults or 4 kids.
