Reda, 29 years old, was born and raised in Agadir, Morocco, spending his early years along the surf spots of Agadir, Taghazout and Tamraght. The ocean has been his constant companion since childhood, and these beaches became his playground, shaping his deep love for surfing and his respect for the sea. Growing up in this amazing surf community, Reda felt an early and powerful connection to the waves, one that became a core part of his identity. Though he initially pursued culinary arts, Reda found himself drawn back to his first passion: the ocean. He decided to channel this passion into a career, earning his Level 1 ISA Surf Instructor certification and becoming an ILS-certified lifeguard. These credentials allow him to share not only the skills of surfing but also a philosophy that has guided him through life. For Reda, the ocean is more than a place to catch waves—it’s a teacher. Through surfing, he has learned resilience, patience, and respect for nature’s forces, lessons he now feels compelled to share. Reda believes that surfing and the ocean mirror life’s ups and downs; they teach us humility, the importance of being present, and how to adapt to ever-changing conditions. As an instructor, Reda hopes to guide others not just in the techniques of surfing but in discovering what the ocean can reveal about themselves. He dreams of helping people see that every wave carries a lesson and that the ocean holds the power to heal, inspire, and connect us with a deeper understanding of life and ourselves.
